I am amazed at how much weight has dropped of me in a week. The hunger pangs are dying down and I've managed to go a weekend without a drink. I've lost 2 inches off my waist and my clothes are starting to feel looser which is all good.
After work I walk to the gym and do 30 minutes on the treadmill and half an hour of weights. I haven't been to the gym for a few months and walking home I definitely feel that I have worked out.
I enjoy the Teriyaki salmon with courgettes when I get home. I've swapped the chilli as I am going to my sister's house tomorrow as my cousin is visiting from Australia and I thought it would be easier to take there.
