Nothing more lost today but that's OK. I knew the weight loss would slow done. I eat brunch and go out to a ladies styling workshop. This is a salsa class that focuses on technique and body mechanics so that you can use your individual style to jazz up the basic steps. The class was relaxed but still energetic and I go home with my happy hormones surging and feeling very peckish. Dancing always makes me feel cheerful.
Yesterday I did a bit of research into what I can eat which is not too bad if I feel peckish. One of the things that appealed was a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter. I have one and a cup of coffee when I get home to take the edge of my hunger as I cook the chilli and golden cauliflower rice. I've heard a lot about substituting cauliflower for rice but I have never tried it. The chilli and cauliflower rice was a generous portion and I tuck in.
