Ah oh, another 1lb gained. Maybe my transgression on Tuesday had a bigger impact than I first imagined. It strengthens my resolve to get back on track and be extra good today. I resist the temptation of the cakes and sweets at work and stick to the menu.
Thursday night is salsa night and I don't have time to cook so I drink the soup and instead of grating the cheese on top I eat it straight. I love cheese and it feels a treat to eat it this way.
The lessons today were challenging and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The salsa crowd is always really friendly and I catch up on the gossip between the lesson staying away from the wine and the birthday cake as it was someone's birthday. I feel really pleased with myself.
I had several comments on how well I looked today and that I seemed full of energy. Someone actually said they thought I was getting younger. I wish, but hopefully my internal age is getting younger. Feeling happy.
